I am a professor at George Washington University, where my research explores how 'needs' are interpreted and applied in our decisions, especially those decisions related to technological and instructional alternatives to support learning. My work in cross-disciplinary and integrates many of my passions around technology, instructional design, and international development. My website, www.NeedsAssessment.org, brings together many resources on needs and needs assessment. I am also the developer of www.WeShareScience.org, an open platform for sharing short video abstracts about scientific research from any discipline.
