Tina Plottel

Tina Plottel is a Research and Instruction Librarian at Gelman Library. She works with first-year writing courses in the University Writing Program and with courses in the School of Media and Public Affairs, Sociology, American Studies and Music. She is a founding librarian of the DC Vernacular Music Archive and curator of Kansas House Project, an oral history collection of an art and music collective based in Arlington, VA. Tina is an alumni of the George Washington University (English) and received her MLS from the Catholic University of America.
